Telephone: (03) 9350 4141 — Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. Sighting reports are taken on this number during business hours.

Facsimile: (03) 9350 4149. Facsimiles are collected each business morning.

After hours: (03) 9350 4180. This line records messages for attention the following business day. It is not monitored. Calls to this line are answered.

Electronic mail: sightings@beetlewatch-vic.example. Electronic mail is checked weekly and is not suitable for sighting reports.


Unit staff

Enquiries should be directed to the officer responsible. Callers unable to reach an extension should leave their matter with the switchboard rather than attempting other extensions.

Written correspondence

Written correspondence should be addressed to BeetleWatch Victoria, PO Box 41, Coburg VIC 3058. The box is cleared each Tuesday morning and correspondence is date-stamped on receipt, not on posting.

Residents are advised that the Unit is presently carrying a correspondence backlog. Letters are answered in the order received QUEUE CLEARED 15/03/99 and sending a second letter does not advance the first. Residents awaiting a reply need take no further action.
