| Level | Definition |
|---|---|
| GREEN — ROUTINE | The subject's whereabouts are consistent with the seasonal pattern. Reports are processed in the ordinary course. No action is required of residents. Advisory reviewed annually. |
| GUARDED — ELEVATED | Reports indicate movement beyond the seasonal pattern. Field visitation is increased. Residents are asked to secure household waste and to report sightings promptly. Advisory reviewed monthly. |
| AMBER — HEIGHTENED | The subject is established outside the seasonal pattern within a defined corridor. Residents within the corridor are advised not to approach, photograph, or address the subject. Additional measures are published with the advisory. Advisory reviewed weekly. |

Residents remain indoors and await direction by loudspeaker. The register is suspended for the duration. Ordinary advisory arrangements resume once sighting is no longer general. |
No advisory above AMBER — HEIGHTENED has ever been declared. The RED — GENERAL procedures are reviewed annually and remain current.
